Bullion Bourse Terms and Conditions

    * As standard orders may take up to 2 weeks to reach you. Although they usually get there sooner - if you require your order urgently please email admin@bullionbourse.com to confirm first.  The sale price is locked in at time of sale.  
    * All Bullion sales are FINAL and legally binding, if you make a mistake in your order, please let us know as soon as possible and we will cancel or rectify that order. A 10% restocking fee will apply, at our discretion. Any orders cancelled immediately, due to genuine mistake will incur no costs.
    * Where an order is cancelled and altered any costs incurred by Bullion Bourse in accomodating these changes will be passed on in full to the customer
    * All payments are to be made within 24 hours of placing this order to allow Bullion Bourse to receive within 2 working days unless by prior arrangement. Please submit a copy of bank transfer or deposit information upon completing payment to orders@bullionbourse.com. A finance fee of 1% per month applies on all outstanding amounts where Bullion Bourse agrees to accept late payment, unless otherwise agreed.
    * Please Note all bullion is subject to market fluctuation prior to sale. We are not responsible for typographical errors and reserve the right to void a sale at our discretion. Market volatility or problems updating this website may result in inaccurate pricing resulting in a canceled transaction.
    * No bullion will be shipped from Bullion Bourse Pty Ltd. until payment for said bullion is received in full.
    * All customers with orders over $5,000 in value and ALL PAYPAL orders over $250 must provide identification as required by government regulations. A copy of passport or birth certificate must be accompanied by a current drivers license or
utility bill in the same name (Water / power / phone / gas etc.)
    * Paypal or credit card paying customers are required to provide identification as above for all orders over $250 in value. The delivery address must match that of your identification.
    * Paypal orders may be held for up to a week before processing to allow funds to clear. 
    * Bullion Bourse reserves the right to cancel or amend any orders and will advise of any changes if they are made.
    * Returns are not accepted on bullion products unless incorrectly supplied or described. Please consider your order carefully before ordering.
